Refund policy

We accept return and refund requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in their original, unopened condition. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to customer preference, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an item is defective or damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Return Procedure
